Spring Flowers
From the heavenly scents of narcissi and peonies, to the vibrant hues of anemones, tulips and ranunculus, Spring is a stunning season for British grown flowers. Here are just a few examples .....

Resplendant Ranunculus
The multi ruffled petals of May flowering ranunculus are gorgeous. With blooms having a close resemblance to both garden roses and peonies, they can be included in every single floristry arrangement possible.

Pretty Peonies
Everything about peonies are stunning. They are multi talented, with their blooms either being shown off in their closed, soft marshmallow like form, or in their all out showy 'blown' state. Both are so fabulous that I can't chose which I prefer......and their scent is just heavenly!!

Transforming Tulips
At our flower farm, we don't grow the 'normal' looking tulips!! We grow mostly doubles and parrots that are the quintessential, stand out spring flower. Looking stunning whilst growing in a bed, but when cut, they transform floral bouquets and displays into something magical!!
Summer Flowers
Summer is when most of the British flowers are blooming their socks off. Although there are way to many to name, here are a few of the bounteous selection of flowers available in the months of June through to August.

A jungle of flowers!!
The polytunnel allows us to extend our growing season. This shot includes wild carrot (or Daucus), Larkspur ( a smaller perennial version of Delphiniums), poppies, and Ammi (a gorgeous umbellifer).

Velvety hues
Mid-summer produces some absolutely stunning focal flowers. Dahlias have to be my number one go to, due to the huge variety of different sizes, shapes and colours they are available in. Coming in a very close second are festival hued Zinnias. As they originate from India, their home is in the warmer, sheltered polytunnel where they can flower to their hearts content.

A fresh flower curtain
This stunning hanging Marquee display was a work of love, with every minute worth the end result.... and luckily I'm completely fine working at heights!! This piece of art included achillea, pinks, ammi, scabious, eryngium and looked amazing on a beautiful sunny July day.
